Samsula, Fla. (April 19, 2006) The first of seven Bright House Challenge Super Late 50 races will run this Saturday night, April 22nd, at New Smyrna Speedway. These 50 lap races will showcase some of Florida's best Super Late Model drivers plus pay $1200.00 to win.

"Bright House has become one of our major sponsors and good friend," said General Manager Terry Roberts. "To have them sponsor this new 50 lap Super Late Model challenge races is an honor. The fans will see some great racing that we know."

Along with the Bright House Challenge Super Late Model 50 will be a second 50 lap race with the FASCAR Pro Truck Series. This will be the Coca Cola Pro Truck 50 and you can bet this will also be an exciting race. Scott Bishop, Jamie Skinner, George Morales, Chad Akins just to name a few will have their Pro Trucks in high gear at New Smyrna. Plus there is extra money for the highest finishing FASCAR Pro Truck and FASTRUCK. What a race this will be for sure!!!

Pit gate will open at 2 pm on Saturday with racing action at 7:30 pm. Qualifying for the Bright House Challenge Super Late Model 50 and Coca Cola Pro Truck 50 will begin at 6:00 pm. General admission is $15.00, students and seniors $10.00, children 11 and under FREE.
